BtcTürk: Olympics Motion Film Design Case Study
Mission
I was tasked by BtcTürk to turn their campaign supporting 21 Turkish athletes at the Olympics into a 1-minute film that effectively communicates all the data and information.
Outcome
I created a 1-minute case study video that effectively communicated BtcTürk’s story and ideas to the audience. I used a dynamic structure and mixed media approach to showcase the partnership between BtcTürk and the Olympic athletes. I completed the video within 2 days and successfully reached its target audience.
Impact
The video helped to bring the campaign to a wider audience and allowed BtcTürk to better communicate their support for the Olympic athletes. I used BtcTürk’s corporate colors as the basis and incorporated illustrations to support the story, conveying a sense of unity and collaboration between the company and the athletes.
The Story
With only 2 days to complete the film, I quickly designed the theme of the film. My aim was to give the film a cut-and-paste collage feel to symbolize the coming together of BtcTürk and the Olympic athletes, while also creating a dynamic structure.
Due to time constraints, I designed the film directly without creating a storyboard. I created a 3-color structure based on BtcTürk’s corporate colors. Instead of using collages in every scene, I added illustrations to support the story and turn the video into a mixed media form.
I completed the entire video within 2 days, ensuring that it reached its target audience.
